Territory Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

As a Territory Sales Officer, you will be responsible for the overall development and business performance of the territory assigned to you. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Achieving the monthly sales targets assigned by the Sales Manager and taking timely corrective action wherever a shortfall is anticipated.
• Developing new customers, including hardware/paint shops and paver block units, while continuously working to revive dormant and at-risk customers.
• Increasing product penetration and achieving the companys prescribed product-mix objectives for TAFU Primer, PIL Oxide and other assigned products.
• Creating and maintaining genuine sales enquiries and opportunities in Odoo and ensuring that the sales pipeline is adequately developed for achieving current and future targets.
• Following up on customer payments within the approved credit terms and taking immediate action on overdue accounts in accordance with the companys Collection SOP.
• Following the approved weekly beat plan and maintaining the required visit coverage, meaningful customer visits and quality of field outcomes.
• Ensuring that all customer visits, enquiries, opportunities, orders, collections, commitments and other relevant activities are accurately and promptly updated in Odoo (Software App).
• Maintaining professional relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and developing long-term business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Providing timely market feedback, competitor information, customer intelligence and other relevant field updates to the Sales Manager.
• Complying with all company policies, sales procedures, credit and collection terms, Odoo processes, reporting requirements and other instructions issued by the Management from time to time.
