Territory Sales Executive

Job Summary :

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company’s products by building strong relationships with doctors, stockists within the assigned territory. The role focuses on generating and achieving sales targets, ensuring effective coverage, and executing company strategies while adhering to compliance and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Customer Coverage:

• Meet doctors (Cardiologists or Radiologists), Surgeons, Hospital management and purchase staff, as per the approved call plan and coverage norms
• Effectively promote assigned products through scientific detailing
• Generate and sustain sales in line with brand strategy
• Build long-term professional relationships with key doctors and opinion leaders

2. Sales Target Achievement:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
• Implement company sales and marketing strategies effectively at the field level
• Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and special drives as planned

4. Reporting & Compliance:

• Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and other MIS in the prescribed format and timelines
• Maintain accurate records of doctor calls, sales orders, and feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory norms

5. Market Intelligence & Feedback:

• Collect and report market intelligence on competitors’ activities, pricing, and promotions
• Share doctor feedback and market insights with the reporting manager
