Hiring for a leading name in Healthcare Industry having chain of Diagnostics Centres

Salary: Upto 6.5L CTC

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.
• Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and competitor analysis.
• Promote diagnostic services, health packages, and preventive healthcare solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sample collection, reporting, and customer service.
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM/MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client queries.
• For Managerial roles: lead the sales team, set territory plans, monitor performance, and drive team productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• 6 months 5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in diagnostics, healthcare, pharma, hospitals, or related industries.
