Territory Manager

We are looking for a Territory Manager - International Sales to drive revenue growth and sales performance across international markets. The role involves managing sales teams, owning targets, expanding markets, improving sales productivity, and ensuring strong business performance across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

• Own international sales targets, revenue, and territory performance.
• Drive market expansion and identify new business opportunities across international markets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to improve conversion, productivity, and revenue.
• Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams to consistently achieve targets.
• Track sales KPIs and take corrective actions to address performance gaps.
• Manage territory-level business performance and commercial outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
• Handle key customer/business escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and target achievement.

Requirements:

• 4-10 years of overall work experience in Sales, International Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or related areas.
• Strong experience in international sales and revenue/target ownership.
• Prior experience managing sales teams is required.
• Experience in territory/market management and business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week and 11 PM-8 AM rotational shifts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
