Responsibilities
Requirements - Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new clients.
- Conduct presentations to inform healthcare providers about product benefits, usage, and safety.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the promotion of medical products.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare industry regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and secure long-term partnerships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories to meet clients and attend industry events.
