Territory Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for business growth, including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients.
• Monitor agent performance, provide coaching and training as needed, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field.
• Proven track record in agency development, sales, or management.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams.
