Territory Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment, training, and retention to ensure high levels of performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, problem-solving, and exceptional service delivery.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field.
• Proven track record in agency management or development with a focus on agent recruitment and retention.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and services; ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
