Territory Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling life insurance products.
• Conduct regular training sessions for agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in agency management or related field (insurance industry).
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and regulations.
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build trust with customers and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Excel or similar software.
