Territory Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance to ensure agent performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in life insurance industry as an Agency Manager or Territory Manager.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets through effective recruitment, training, and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of CRM tool usage for data analysis and reporting purposes (e.g., Excel).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
