Territory Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions using APC (Agency Performance Contract) model.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
• Proven track record in managing teams or territories with excellent results.
• Strong understanding of agency channel operations and ability to develop successful partnerships with agents.
