Territory Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales, focusing on agent recruitment, development, and retention.
• Build strong relationships with key agents and agencies to drive business growth through cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify new business prospects and develop plans to expand the company's presence in the market.
• Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as premium volume, policy count, and persistency.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in life insurance industry with a focus on agency sales or development.
• Proven track record of success in agent recruitment, development, and retention.
• Strong understanding of the local market trends and competitor activity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
