About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales and business growth for Critical Care and Surgical Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote and sell medical devices, surgical, and critical care products.
• Generate new leads and develop hospital/institutional business.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with purchase and tender departments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain accurate sales records.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Medical Devices, Surgical, Critical Care, ICU Consumables, or Healthcare Equipment.
• Strong hospital/institutional sales experience with good doctor and hospital relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
