Territory Manager (Corporate NPS) - Aditya Birla Sun Life Pension Fund

Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge of pension funds and other employee retiral benefit products for the acquisition of corporates
• Good communication skills, as they need to conduct awareness programs for employees of the clients, meeting with KRA and top management
• B2B sales Corporate clients
• Co-ordination with other departments for generating leads
• Maintaining and serving strong relations with corporates
• Age – 28 to 37
• Experience- 5 years
• NPS knowledge required – yes

Skills :

1. Good communication

2. Good sales skills in B2B & B2C both

3. Comfortable with travelling primarily local area on daily basis

4. Capital Market knowledge is preferrable

Desirable Candidates :

1. NPS & other pension funds domain are preferable

2. Corporate Sales RM preferably finance

3. Knowledge of Equity debt and capital market

4. Experience of Institutional sales/corporate relationship
