Territory Manager - APC Channel

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase insurance penetration in assigned territories.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development initiatives.

Job Requirements :

• 2-12 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (e.g., agency management).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful teams.
• Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel) operations and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
