Territory Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets, leveraging data analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Manage a team of agents, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements :

• 7-12 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field.
• Strong background in Data Analysis (Dashboard Development) with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proven track record as Territory Head or similar role with excellent results.
