Territory Business Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Territory in charge for Franchise Operations for the Patna and Ranchi Location .
• Onboarding (Sign Up) and revenue generation from franchise outlets.
• Handholding the Franchise for successful business outcome.
• Field work at retail chemist level.
• Personal interaction with prospective clients.
• Regular store visits with team for smooth operations & conflict resolutions.
• Achievement of Franchise onboarding (Sign Up) & revenue targets on month-to-month basis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Existing TBM from Pharma/OTC background.
• Minimum of 6- 7 years experience.
• Knowledge about retail chemist market of the state.
• Experience in Generic Pharma market will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Should be a good negotiator.
• Clarity in thoughts & actions.
• Should be capable to lead by examples.
