As a TBM, you'll represent Dexcom in New Zealand, driving sales growth and fostering relationships within the diabetes healthcare sector. Where you come in: You will influence healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom products, provide product education, and promote Dexcom at trade shows and community events. You manage your assigned territory, meet sales goals, and ensure cost-effective travel and business expenditure. You support fellow team members through coaching, mentoring, and administrative assistance, fostering a collaborative and goal-driven environment. You lead training events, support the Professional Education Team, and drive advocacy activities to enhance Dexcom's presence and impact in the market.

What makes you successful: You demonstrate a track record of success in medical sales, with exceptional customer service skills and a results-driven focus. You possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and drive business growth. You utilize CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite effectively, with advanced IT skills and a background in diabetes medical sales. You exhibit outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with a customer-oriented approach and emotional intelligence. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a passion for achieving outcomes.

Essential Requirements: You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in diabetes/medical device sales. You possess a healthcare/science-related background with a track record of high sales success. You hold a current driver’s license and working with children’s check. You are flexible to work weekends and/or evenings as needed. You have unrestricted work rights within New Zealand.
