The Challenge

Build the most trusted tennis cricket equipment brand for grassroots cricketers by creating exceptional products, building strong manufacturing partnerships, and scaling the business end-to-end.

Youll own the category like its your own business.

• Define and execute the product roadmap for tennis cricket equipment and accessories.
• Identify customer needs and develop products that players love.
• Drive product launches, pricing, and category growth.
  
  

• Build and manage relationships with manufacturing partners.
• Lead sourcing, production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
• Ensure timely delivery with the right quality and cost.
  
  

• Own demand forecasting, revenue, and business performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to grow the category.
• Use customer feedback and data to continuously improve products.
  
  

• 3-6 years of experience in category management, merchandising, product management, or sports commerce.
• Strong understanding of tennis cricket equipment and player needs.
• Experience working with manufacturers and vendors.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses from scratch.
