Tendering - Purchase

Role & responsibilities

• Handle purchase tendering activities for commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Review tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications.
• Prepare and compile tender submissions, quotations, and supporting documents within specified deadlines.
• Obtain quotations from vendors and suppliers, compare prices, and prepare comparative statements.
• Coordinate with the project, design, estimation, and accounts teams for tender requirements.
• Identify suitable vendors and subcontractors for materials, services, and project execution.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Maintain records of tenders, quotations, vendor details and related documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in purchase, procurement, or tendering in the commercial interior fit-out industry only .
• Knowledge of BOQs, vendor management, rate analysis, and tender documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Good negotiation, coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and purchase requirements within deadlines.
