Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tendering Manager with expertise in building, road, and marine projects to manage end-to-end tendering, estimation, and bid submission activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tender preparation, evaluation, and submission.
- Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
- Identify project risks and support bid/no-bid decisions.
Required Skills:
- B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 10+ years of experience in tendering and estimation.
- Experience in building, road, and marine projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, and cost analysis.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- NICMAR certification preferred.
- EPC and infrastructure project experience is preferred.
