Tendering Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire tendering process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of tenders and meeting client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare tender documents, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in government tenders.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in government tendering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of GEM Portal (Government E-Marketplace) guidelines and procedures.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
