Tendering Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Study and evaluate NIT, BOQ, Specifications, GCC/SCC of Contract and Tender conditions.
• Analyse market rates, historical project rates and current material/labour costs.
• Prepare tender rates, pricing summaries and final bid price.
• Identify tender risks, exclusions, assumptions and commercial implications.
• Present tender estimates and pricing recommendations to Management for approval.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders.
• Maintain tender databases, rate libraries and historical costing records.
• Support post-tender negotiations and cost analysis.
• Drive Business Development and Tendering activities for Mining projects.
• Coordinate with Technical, Finance and Project teams.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids within stipulated timelines.
• Develop market intelligence and maintain a strong project pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile : Must have prior 5-7 years exposure in Coal India Limited Tendering.
