Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil Engineering

Experience: 8–12 Years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Tendering professional with strong expertise in tender estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, EPC and item-rate tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tender estimates, project proposals and costing for civil works.
• Review customer requirements, BOQ and technical specifications.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs and rate analysis.
• Handle EPC and item-rate tenders.
• Coordinate with vendors for enquiries, quotations, evaluation and negotiation.
• Prepare technical and commercial comparisons.
• Participate in techno-commercial meetings with clients, consultants and PMC.
• Coordinate with internal project and MEP teams for costing and tender submissions.
• Support project handover and internal kick-off after award of the project.
