Tendering Executive & Draftsman

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tendering Executive Draftsman with basic knowledge of civil engineering, AutoCAD, and tender documentation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing tender documents, drafting civil drawings, assisting with estimates, and maintaining project-related records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and organize tender documents as per project requirements.
• Prepare and modify civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, and other tender-related documents.
• Maintain and update project documentation and records.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for drawing and tender requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents.
• Support the tendering team in day-to-day documentation and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and civil drafting.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Basic computer and system operation skills.
• Understanding of tender preparation and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
