Tender Executive / Tender Specialist Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender Executive/Tender Specialist with experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry to manage end-to-end tender operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling government and private tenders, bid preparation, documentation, and e-procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete tendering activities for pharmaceutical products.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.
• Handle RFQ, RFP, RFx responses, quotations, proposals, and related documentation.
• Work on GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams for timely and accurate submissions.
• Maintain and track tender status, amendments, and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare pricing comparisons and support contract management activities.
• Handle vendor registrations and maintain tender-related databases.
• Monitor awarded and lost tenders and prepare MIS reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance customer response efficiency.

Required Skills

• Experience in Government and Private Tender Management.
• Knowledge of GeM Portal and e-Procurement portals.
• Understanding of RFQ, RFP, RFx, and bid documentation.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1-7 years
• Industry: Pharmaceutical Industry (Mandatory)
• Education: B.Pharm, B.Sc, B.Com, MBA, or any relevant graduate degree.
• Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical tendering and institutional business will be preferred.
