Tender Research Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor a predefined list of procurement websites for new pharmaceutical tenders.
• Identify pharmaceutical tenders and distinguish them from non-pharmaceutical tenders.
• Review tender documents (PDFs, Word, and Excel files) and extract required information.
• Validate extracted data for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform online research when required.
• Use Excel and AI tools to support efficient data extraction.
• Follow extraction guidelines and escalate uncertain cases when needed.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree required; STEM, Business, Economics, Management, Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly review documents and identify relevant information.
• Comfortable working with long, complex and repetitive tasks.
• Good working knowledge of Excel (filters, sorting, tables, and basic formulas).
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and support document review.
• Good written English.
• Experience with procurement, pharmaceutical products, document review, data extraction, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Good judgment and ability to work independently.

Experience: 2+ years in research, procurement, document review, data extraction, or a similar role.
