Tender Intelligence Manager - ACHE or static equipment preferred

Role & responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of EPC tender portals across India, Middle East, Africa, and SE Asia (IHSMarkit, Tenders Info, Procure ME, METenders, MEED, and direct EPC portals)
• Identify every tender with ACHE in scope; map EPCs that purchased tender documents and track their bidding history
• Extract technical and commercial data from each tender; maintain the global tender tracker with stage, EPC, end-customer, deadline, and estimated ACHE value
• Work with Sales and Estimation to pre-qualify tenders (BANT scoring); publish weekly intelligence reports and EPC-activity trend analysis
• Build and maintain a forward-looking project pipeline database (FEED, PMC awards, upcoming capex projects) for proactive BD outreach
• Track competitor activity on awarded tenders; maintain a win/loss database for debriefs

Preferred candidate profile

5-10 yrs in EPC tendering, bid management, or market intelligence for process/power/capital equipment. Familiar with EPC portal landscape in India and the Middle East. Strong data discipline, attention to detail, and ability to extract insight from large unstructured tender data. Prior experience with ACHE or static equipment highly preferred.
