Tender Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Tendering to lead end-to-end tendering, bidding and business development activities for major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tendering and bidding strategies.
• Lead Bid/No-Bid decisions and complete tender lifecycle.
• Manage high-value infrastructure tenders of 500 Cr+.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Engineering, Commercial, Legal and Operations teams.
• Lead technical and commercial proposal preparation.
• Drive pricing, value engineering and commercial competitiveness.
• Build and mentor a high-performing tendering team.
• Manage client presentations, negotiations and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor market opportunities, competitors and tendering processes.

Required Experience & Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Construction Management / Business.
• 1820 years of experience in Tendering, Bidding or Business Development.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in winning 500 Cr+ infrastructure tenders.
• Strong knowledge of EPC, Design-Build, PPP and Alliance models.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
