Tender Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare tenders for government projects on GEM Portal, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Analyze project specifications to estimate costs and prepare detailed bid proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and information for tender preparation.
• Monitor the progress of tenders from submission to award, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.

Job Requirements :

• 0-10 years of experience in bid preparation, tender analysis, or related field.
• Proficiency in using GEM Portal for submitting tenders.
• Strong understanding of government tender processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
