Job Location : Mumbai (Goregaon East (5-10 minutes walking distance from station)
Experience e : 3 to 7 yrs
Job timing :- 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Week off :-All Saturday & Sundays off
Skill :- Good communication skill.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. GeM Portal & Tender Management: Handle the complete tender submission process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other government e-tender portals, including tender identification, document preparation, bid submission, and compliance management.
2. RFP & Technical Proposal Preparation: Prepare and review RFP responses, technical bids, compliance matrices, technical presentations, and supporting documents for IT services, staffing, software, and technology-related projects.

Required Skills & Industry Knowledge

• Good understanding of government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, eligibility criteria, and technical and commercial bid requirements.
• Knowledge of IT services, IT staffing, software development, cloud, infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions.
• Experience in preparing PowerPoint presentations, technical proposals, company profiles, and tender-related documentation.
• Strong documentation, coordination, deadline management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with prior experience in IT services tendering, GeM bid submission, government projects, and technical proposal management will be preferred.
