Tender Executive

Responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting tenders for industrial gaskets and sealing products to government organizations, PSUs, EPC contractors, refineries, private-sector customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and track relevant tenders through online portals and customer websites.

Review tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and commercial terms.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.

Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams for required documents and pricing.

Handle vendor registrations, tender fees, EMDs, and other supporting documents, wherever applicable.

Follow up on tender status, clarifications, negotiations, and purchase orders.

Maintain tender records, submission trackers, and MIS reports.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; an Engineering or Commerce background is preferred.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in tendering, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or the oil and gas industry.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of GeM, e-procurement portals, and PSU/EPC tenders.

Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence
