Tender Executive at Globus Informatics India Pvt.Ltd. Position Overview: The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for government and private projects. This role involves identifying suitable tenders, preparing and submitting proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing the entire tendering process - from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-up and secure business opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant tenders and prepare required documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments for tender requirements and approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders as per guidelines.
- Maintain records of tenders submitted and track their status.
- Handle post-tender clarifications and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of tender portals and e-procurement systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF).
- Immediate joiners to 60 days.
