About this role
Responsibilities:
- Search and identify Government & Private tenders, RFQs and EOI.
- Study tender documents, eligibility, BOQ, scope and commercial terms.
- Prepare and compile technical & commercial tender documents.
- Handle online tender submission and document uploading.
- Coordinate for EMD, PBG, tender fees and other required documents.
- Assist in BOQ, rate analysis, quotations and commercial comparisons.
- Maintain tender records, deadlines and Tender MIS.
- Handle vendor/client registration and SAP Ariba related activities.
