Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor government and private tender portals (GeM, CPP Portal, e-Procurement portals, PSU portals, etc.) for new business opportunities.
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within stipulated timelines.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, and Accounts departments to collect required documents and approvals.
• Prepare costing sheets, BOQs, manpower deployment plans, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain updated records of company registrations, statutory documents, certifications, and client credentials.
• Ensure compliance with tender conditions, PSARA requirements, labour laws, EPF, ESIC, GST, and other statutory obligations.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and prepare clarification responses.
• Track tender status from submission to award and maintain a tender database.
• Coordinate for submission of EMD, Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), and other contractual documents.
• Prepare comparative statements and competitor analysis where required.
• Assist in contract execution and handover to the Operations team after award.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and company information.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 25 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the Security Services or Facility Management industry.
• Experience in handling Government, PSU, Corporate, and GeM tenders.
