Tender Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire bid process from tender solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of bids and proposals.
• Analyze tenders received from clients, identify key requirements, and develop effective strategies for successful bidding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information, resources, and expertise required for tender preparation.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and market trends to create compelling bids that meet customer expectations.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in IT product sales or related field with a focus on bid management and tender analysis.
• Strong understanding of GEM Portal (Government E-Tendering Management System) or similar platforms for tender preparation.
• Excellent reverse auction skills with ability to negotiate prices effectively during the bidding process.
