Tender Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire bidding process from tender solicitation to contract award.
• Prepare high-quality tender documents, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and complete tender forms accurately.
• Analyze competitor bids to identify areas for improvement in future submissions.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve tender preparation and submission processes.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in e-tendering or a related field within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Strong understanding of bid management processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing complex tenders using various formats, such as electronic platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
