Tender Executive- System intergration/ It infrastructure

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage government tenders and RFPs/RFQs from initiation to closure, ensuring timely submission of proposals and meeting client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions for data center infrastructure, system integration, and IT services.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines during the tendering process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in pre-sales or similar role in the telecom/ISP industry.
• Strong knowledge of bidding processes for government projects on GEM Portal (Government e-Marketplace).
• Experience in preparing tender documentation, including RFP responses, RFQ submissions, etc.
