Job Description:
We are hiring for a well-established organization looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in GEM portal operations and tender management
🹠Key Responsibilities:
Handling Central & State Tender bidding activities
Working on GEM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal
Communication and coordination with suppliers
Purchase Order (PO) preparation
Sales Invoice preparation
Bank Guarantee & Security Deposit (SD) related work
Communicating with clients, customers, dealers, and employees through emails and calls
Maintaining proper documentation and follow-ups
🹠Candidate Profile:
✠Hands-on experience with GEM portal & tender processes
✠Good knowledge of documentation and coordination work
✠Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
✠Good follow-up and organizational skills
✠Ability to handle multi-tasking in a professional office environment
