Tender & Estimation Manager

Position: AGM Tender, Estimation & Bidding

Urgently required AGM – Tender, Estimation & Bidding with 15+ years of core experience in building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end tendering, estimation, and bidding activities for building projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQ, and scope of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and project budgets.
• Prepare competitive bids, techno-commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
• Analyze material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Evaluate quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare comparative statements.
• Manage pre-bid queries, bid clarifications, and commercial negotiations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, project risks, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate bid submission as per tender requirements.
• Lead the tendering team and manage the complete bidding process from enquiry to final submission.

Candidate Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Tender, Estimation & Bidding.
• Mandatory core experience in building construction projects only.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, rate analysis, costing, and budgeting.
• Experience in preparing and evaluating techno-commercial bids.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills.
• Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
