Tender Engineer

Role & responsibilities

IHP is looking for Civil engineering graduate having - 5-8 years of experience in tender department of the EPC infrastructure company

Preferred candidate profile

1) Track and evaluate relevant government e-procurement portals for new tender opportunities.

2) Preparation tender note containing all necessary facts and figures and sending the same to head office.

3) Conduct bid qualification analysis in co-ordination with technical/engineering team.

4) End-to-end preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

5) Timely Collection of Bankers Certificates, Solvency Certificates, Balance sheets,EMDs,Bank Guarantees etc from head office.

6) Preparation of bid capacity statement, balance work statement/existing commitments etc.

7) Collection of all work done/experience certificate from concerned departments/divisions in co-ordination with IHP engineering team.

8) Preparation of pre-bid queries,clarifications and timely submission of the same in to e-procurement portal.

9) Ensure error-free, timely bid submission through designated e-procurement portals with proper proof of delivery.

10) Preparation of Loss Analysis in case the IHP loses a tender and sending the same to head office

Locals and immediate joiners are preferred.
