Tender Engineer/Purchase Manager

1. Job Title: Tendering & Estimation Engineer, Civil Construction

• Handle end-to-end tendering, bidding, and estimation for civil construction projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Obtain vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Coordinate with clients for pre-bid queries, negotiations, and tender submissions.
• Support purchase activities, vendor negotiations, and cost optimisation.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders with accurate documentation.

2. Job Title: Purchase Engineer / Purchase Executive Civil Construction

• Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Source suppliers and vendors, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
• Coordinate with project, site, stores, and accounts teams for material requirements.
• Monitor material availability, quality, inventory, and procurement costs.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and supplier databases.
• Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and project timelines.

Requirements: Tendering 4+ yrs and purchse 5+yrs of experience
