Tender & Billing Engineer

Requirements:

• B.Arch degree from a recognized university
• 3-5 years of architectural design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max
• Creative design thinking and problem-solving skills

• Create innovative architectural designs, prepare detailed drawings, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure compliance with design standards.
• Analyze tender documents, project drawings, and technical specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, quantity take-offs, and material requirement sheets.
• Draft and verify RA bills, final bills, BOQs, and subcontractor bills.
• Coordinate with project, purchase, and accounts teams for billing accuracy and timelines.
• Track billing schedules vs work completion and ensure timely certifications.
• Maintain documentation for GST compliance, invoicing, and reconciliation statements.
• Assist in cost control and project budgeting.
