About this role
We are looking for an experienced GeM & Government Tender Bidder to manage end-to-end government bidding activities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant GeM, CPPP and government tenders.
- Analyze eligibility, technical requirements, BOQ, EMD/PBG and commercial terms.
- Prepare Bid/No-Bid analysis, compliance matrix, technical & commercial proposals.
- Manage tender documentation and online submission.
- Handle pre-bid queries, corrigendums and government communications.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, legal and management teams.
- Track bids from submission through award.
- Research previous bids, competitors and pricing.
