Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering

Compensation: 8 to 10L

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Tendering & Estimation Engineer responsible for preparing competitive bids and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects across Government, Public, and Private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities (Govt. & Private portals).
• Analyse tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
• Develop detailed cost estimates (materials, labour, equipment, overheads).
• Obtain vendor quotations and conduct rate analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
• Maintain tender database and track submission status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• 8–10 years’ experience in electrical tendering & estimation.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, and costing.
• Familiarity with Govt. & Private tender processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender portals.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
