About this role
We are looking for a professional, well-presented fashion showroom assistant to support a clothing brand during buyer meetings at a luxury hotel showroom. This is a short-term, high-responsibility role in a premium environment.

- Assist with stall/showroom setup and breakdown
- Organize garments, samples, and displays
- Support during buyer meetings (note-taking, coordination)
- Handle steaming, tagging, and garment care
- Assist with sales support and order coordination
- Maintain a polished, professional showroom experience
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience in fashion showrooms, exhibitions, retail, or buyer meetings
- Comfortable handling clothing and samples
- Confident, articulate, and professional demeanour
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Experience working in hotels or luxury venues is a plus
- Fluent English required (additional languages a bonus)
