Temenos Business Analyst

We are hiring Temenos T24/Transact professionals to support a global private banking and wealth management bank on a portfolio of enhancement and transformation initiatives.
The engagement involves working on ongoing platform improvements, functional enhancements, and targeted transformation programs across the Temenos landscape.
Team members will collaborate with distributed stakeholders, contribute to stable long-term programs, and work within a mature banking environment that values structured delivery, quality, and domain depth.

Skills required:

• 6-12 years of working experience
  o In depth working experience in Securities/Lending module within T24 (R20 and above).
  o Provide clear and concise Solution documentation.
  o Facilitate/conduct training as necessary.
  o Responsible for creation and defining solution specification based on business requirement.
  o Collaborate with Business Stakeholders/DEV/QA and help to come out with Test strategy/Plan.
  o Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

- Requirements Gathering:
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements related to core banking operations.
o Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

- System Analysis:
o Evaluate and analyse core banking systems, with a preference for experience in Temenos products.
o Work closely with technical teams to ensure the translation of business requirements into effective system solutions.

- Documentation:
o Create detailed and clear documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations.
o Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

- Stakeholder Collaboration

- Testing and Quality Assurance:
o Develop and execute test plans to validate system enhancements and changes.
o Work with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Training and Support:
o Provide training and support to end-users during system implementations and upgrades.
o Address and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
o Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and objectives.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery
