Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls in Telugu and provide accurate information.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
• Make inbound/outbound calls as per process requirements.
• Maintain proper customer interaction records in the system.
• Follow up with customers whenever required.
• Achieve daily/weekly process and quality targets.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Telugu speaking is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic English/Tamil communication will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Candidates comfortable working in a voice-process environment.

Preferred Candidate

Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Experience: 0–1 Year
Language: Telugu – Mandatory
