Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Provide accurate information to customers about products/services offered by the company.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
