Role & responsibilities

• Acquire and manage liability products including Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Term Deposits.
• Ensure seamless customer onboarding with complete KYC, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive branch liability business through lead generation, customer visits, relationship building, and portfolio deepening.
• Crosssell banking, digital, and thirdparty products to enhance customer engagement and overall branch performance.
• Deliver highquality service at the branch, resolving customer queries and supporting operational efficiency.
• Handle daily cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing, and balance enquiries with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain strict adherence to KYC, operational guidelines, cash limits, and audit compliance.
• Deliver courteous, efficient counterlevel service while resolving customer queries related to cash and basic account services.
• Ensure errorfree cash tallying, branch vault management support, and timely reporting of discrepancies.
• Promote digital banking, assist customers with basic product information, and support branch service initiatives.
