Core Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan or utility payments accurately.
• Cash Handling: Count, disburse, and balance cash drawers at the start and end of every shift.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer account inquiries, and resolve basic complaints.
• Security and Compliance: Verify customer identities, detect counterfeit money, and follow anti-fraud rules.
• Sales Referrals: Inform customers about bank products like savings
• Process loan payments, money orders, cashiers checks, and wire transfers.
• Record transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer daily.
• Assist customers with account opening and updates.
• Help customers with ATM usage and online banking navigation.
• Verify customer identity before completing transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow fraud detection procedures.
• Provide information on bank products and recommend services based on customer needs.
